HD TechLabs Solutions ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected through this website, why it is used and your rights over it, in line with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
1. Data we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us or what the website needs to work:
- Contact details you enter in the form: name, email or phone number.
- What you send us by email, phone or Zalo.
- Your light/dark theme choice, stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers.
2. How we use it
- To get back to you, schedule the assessment and answer your request.
- To prepare quotes and proposals when you ask for them.
- To meet legal obligations when required by competent authorities.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
3. Storage and protection
Contact data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and is then deleted. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
For client data in delivery projects, systems run on the client’s own infrastructure or on cloud hosted in Vietnam, as agreed in the contract.
4. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to:
- Be informed, and give or withdraw consent to processing.
- Access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
- Request restriction of, or object to, processing.
- File a complaint as provided by law.
